Connecting for Health. NHS Connecting for Health 'helps the NHS deliver better and safer care to patients, via new IT systems that link GPs and community services to hospitals'.

The NHS Strategic Tracing Service. A database of people, places and NHS organisations in England and Wales that is a tool for sharing information within the NHS such as documentation, updates, training options, procedures and guidelines.

NHS Care Records Service is a secure service that links patient information from different parts of the NHS electronically, so that authorised NHS staff and patients have the information they need to make care decisions.
